No texting while walking in Philadelphia


PHILADELPHIA: A ban has been imposed on texting while walking in Philadelphia. Authorities have given residents of the city 11 days to change their habits because people are colliding with each other.Authorities added that people should be aware of their surroundings instead of being lost in their cell phones.
