Developed by Emaar Properties this skyscraper houses offices, luxury appartments, hotels and all other luxury facilities. Completed within six years this amazing tower took nearly $1.5 billion for its construction. According to Mr. Abdulla Lahej, Executive Director, Dubai Project Management, most of the spaces of the buildings are already sold and nearly 12000 people occupies the tower on a full operation mode.
People can catch an entire glimpse of Dubai city from the 124th floor watch tower from 5th January onwards. However the accomodations in appartments will only start from February. The interior designs for the appartments are done by the famous Giorgio Armani, and the apartments starts from 9 to 16 th floor and has a 900 appartments in total.The developers also arranged recreation rooms and swimming pools in 43th and 76 th floor sky lobbies. This awesome tower with 26 terraces and 57 fast speed lifts is now undergoing final touch up.
Now this amazing skyscraper becomes the final word of luxury and Emirates definitely is going to make a mark on the world history with this largest ever man made structure.
